HIGH PROTEIN

To help contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass we use pure whey isolate derived from grass-fed cow’s milk which is free from hormones, antibiotics and genetic modification.

LOW IN SUGAR

We don’t add any sugar to our recipe. We sweeten ROAR with xylitol: derived from xylose, present in plant tissues (such as Birch trees), we give you sweetness without the calories.

LOW SATURATED FATS

Keen to keep saturated fat levels down, we’ve used a combination of vegetable oils in our recipes.

BIG ON FLAVOUR

Depending on the flavour you choose, you’ll enjoy a hit of rich chocolate sauce in the Double Chocolate and Jaffa Break pots, tangy mandarin puree (Jaffa Break), or sweet raspberries (Raspberry Blondie).

Our ingredients have been carefully selected with the intention of meeting the needs of the current fitness market. Stored in the freezer or fridge, but then safe to store at room temperature all day, our pots of ROAR can be taken to the gym or thrown in your bag to be eaten after your run, cycle, swim or wherever your workout of choice takes you.
And if by chance you’re a vegetarian – you don’t have to miss out, ROAR is suitable for vegetarians too.
