As you are no doubt aware, due to upcoming changes in privacy laws (GDPR), General Data Protection Regulation, we are required to contact everyone we do business with to make sure they are happy with the information we keep on record. It is important to point out that we do not keep a record of any sensitive/personal details, so you should not be concerned.

What data do we store on our database?

What do we use the data for?

How can I make sure that I keep up to date with Bred’s Foods news, updates and information?

We would prefer that you allow us to retain this data, because it enables us to give you the highest level of support, as well as information about our special offers and updates, we would not like to compromise our ability to communicate with you. Bred’s Foods Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is Paul Brennan.


1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or recruitment information or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Bred’s Foods Limited, and when you report a problem with our site.

It may be possible that information is tracked through a third part ie. google business for system administration and to report aggregate information to advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

We also use Google Analytics to track visitor data trends and general usage statistics. We do not collect any personal information via these cookies other than your IP address. This information is automatically deleted after 14 months following your last visit to our website. These are non-essential cookies.


4.1 The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It will also not be processed by staff operating outside the EEA.
